Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights at any time:
- Right of access to your data and to obtain a copy.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restriction of and objection to processing.

- Right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (session, security), which are exempt from consent, as well as audience measurement and preference cookies that require your consent. You can accept, refuse or configure these cookies at any time through the dedicated banner or your browser settings. Cookies last no longer than 13 months.
Audience measurement - Google Analytics
To understand how the site is used and improve it, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd), triggered only after you give your consent through Google Tag Manager. No measurement takes place until you click "Accept" on the banner.
Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) that last up to 13 months, in order to produce traffic statistics (pages viewed, traffic source, device type). This data may be transferred to Google (Google LLC, United States); this transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the site's cookies in your browser; audience measurement will stop immediately.
TalCloud mobile app (iOS)
The TalCloud app lets customers view their client area from an iPhone.
- Sign-in: it happens on our usual sign-in page (clients.talcloud.fr). The app never has access to your password.
- Data displayed: name, email address, phone number, postal address, services, invoices and credit balance. This data comes from your client account and is loaded each time the app is opened. It is not stored on the device.
- Data stored on the device: a session token, stored securely in the iOS Keychain and deleted when you sign out, as well as your display preferences.
- Notifications: if you turn them on, a technical notification identifier provided by Apple is saved on our servers. It is only used to send you our announcements (incidents, maintenance, news) and is not linked to your client account. Notifications are delivered through Apple's Apple Push Notification service. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
- No tracking: the app contains no advertising, no audience measurement tool and no third-party tracking service.
- Account deletion: from the app (Compte ▸ Supprimer mon compte, meaning Account ▸ Delete my account), or from the client area by opening a request with support. Invoices are kept for the period required by law (see Retention period).
Security
TalCloud implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (TLS), L3/L4/L7 Anti-DDoS protection, access control, regular backups and hosting in secure French datacenters.
