TalCloud is the trade name of VeyraCloud, a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle) under the French micro-entreprise regime. In accordance with article 293 B of the French Tax Code (Code général des impôts), VAT does not apply: VAT not applicable, VAT exemption for small businesses (franchise en base de TVA).

The services offered by TalCloud (game servers and VPS available now, web hosting coming soon) are deployed on infrastructure located in France, equipped with NVMe storage and protected by an L3/L4/L7 Anti-DDoS solution.

All elements of the site - structure, text, visual identity, logos, typefaces, photographs and code - are the exclusive property of TalCloud or its partners, and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of TalCloud is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle). Third-party game trademarks and logos mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
