Hosted in France
All our services run on infrastructure located in France. Your data and your players' data stay in the country, subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is a sovereignty choice: no transfer outside the European Union for hosting your servers.
The hardware
- Xeon CPU up to 3.5 GHz (Intel Xeon E5-2687W v3): high per-core clock speed, which matters most for a smooth game server (Minecraft's 20 TPS, a lag-free FiveM server).
- 100% NVMe storage: no spinning disks. Fast world loading and responsive databases.
- DDR4 ECC RAM sized for each plan and truly reserved for your server, to avoid stutters.
- 10 Gbps network: plenty of bandwidth, even during connection peaks.
We do not oversell "unlimited resources" that cannot be delivered: every plan lists precise specifications, which you will find on the game servers, VPS and web hosting (in French) pages.
DDoS protection
Our servers are protected by the Netrix network, an L3/L4/L7 DDoS protection able to filter up to 24 Tbps, with detection in under one second and mitigation in under five seconds. It is included on every plan, from Discord bots to game servers - no paid add-on, no fine print. It mitigates volumetric attacks (L3/L4) as well as application-layer attacks (L7, with behavioral analysis built for games), which is essential for a publicly exposed server. No protection is 100% foolproof, but it absorbs the vast majority of attacks a community server runs into.
Uptime & public status
We aim for 99.9% uptime. We deliberately call it a target, not a marketing "guarantee": outages can happen (scheduled maintenance, force majeure), and we would rather be upfront about it.
A status page exists in the customer area, but for now it is very basic. We are working on making it more complete, with incident history and per-service details.
Backups
On our VPS, an automatic backup is included. On our game servers, backups are a paid option you add when ordering, starting at €2. In every case, we recommend keeping your own regular exports: a good backup strategy always relies on several copies.
Latency
We state an average latency under 15 ms to Paris and Western Europe. This figure is a network ping from a French connection to our points of presence; your actual latency also depends on your own connection and your geographic distance. Hosting in France remains one of the best ways to keep ping low for a French-speaking community.
